If you are not entirely satisfied with your Artemis Gear purchase, we will make sure to work with you to the best of our ability to correct the issue.

returns

You have a 30-calendar-day window to initiate the return of an item from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Upon receiving your item, we will conduct an inspection and promptly inform you of the item's arrival for return. Following the inspection, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund. If your return meets approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a specific timeframe, contingent upon the policies of your card issuer.
